What we’re looking for:
An experienced Applications Trainer with demonstrated experience planning and delivering software application training programmes to clients, project teams and end users. This role involves working closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand changes made to existing applications that have been delivered as part of strategically significant projects, so you will need to have been in a role dealing with multiple stakeholders. As part of your suite of stellar training skills you will be experienced at co-ordinating and facilitating training sessions, locally and globally, and be effective at utilising technology and designing and creating training collateral.
What you need to be successful:
5+ years experience delivering training and instructional design for major software applications, such as CRM, ERP.
Experience with e-Learning strategy and materials development (such as simulators, videos, knowledge wikis, webinars)
Knowledge of both training delivery and design of training materials
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Understanding of adult learning styles and resources
Bachelors degree and an adult education qualification or similar
Some knowledge of and experience working with Oracle databases is advantageous
