Roydon began his career in workplace learning and development in 1998. Since then, he has been privileged to help thousands of people from hundreds of organisations develop their workplace skills. His L&D experience spans PTE tutoring, course writing, instructional design, eLearning design, consulting, coaching, facilitation, and training. For the past decade Roydon has been a member of the Skillset NZ team facilitating workshops throughout New Zealand for a diverse range of workplaces and industry sectors.
