LNI Lunchtime: Designing the Emotional Experience of Learning

Learning outcomes don't just land through great execution of learning objectives — they land through how people feel along the way. 

In this hands-on session, you’ll use the Emotional Culture Deck to intentionally shape the emotional arc of a learning experience — choosing what you want learners to feel throughout a session and creating the conditions for those feelings to emerge. 

You’ll walk away with a simple Emotional Experience Design worksheet and a sharper habit of attention: designing not just what people learn, but how their experience supports it.
