SI Hybrid Event: Why Coaching is our North Star

I grew up playing competitive sport, went on to do a double degree in Exercise Physiology and Health Economics, worked in retail for 15 years, and then founded a tech company in 2009.

What did I see as the big lever in performance across my experiences...coaching!
And so it was only natural to make it our unique proposition, and to put it at the forefront of our design and how we measure our success.
