• Why different approaches are needed for knowledge retention vs behaviour change.

• ‘The Sticky8’ techniques to tag new knowledge for optimal retention.

Loretta Mitchell is the Director of Neu Perspectives. She believes in the powerful role neuroscience plays in driving learning and lasting behavioural change. Loretta guides organisational leaders, L&D professionals, and individual contributors in adopting evidence-based strategies that enhance learning, leadership, adaptability, and performance. Her goal is to help cultivate workplace environments where the organisation and its team members can thrive.
