The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the South Island Branch has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday July 15th, from 7:30pm to 8:00pm.
Considering that our branch members are spread throughout the South Island, we have decided to conduct the meeting via Microsoft Teams. This virtual platform will allow all members to participate conveniently, regardless of their location.

The main purpose of the AGM is to provide a brief summary of the branch's activities and financial performance over the past year. Following this overview, all attendees will engage in discussions and make decisions regarding the future direction of the branch.
